It includes an overview of budgeting, how to construct a cash flow statement, and use of net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), and payback period. It also discusses how the same concepts can be applied to expense budgeting such as security guards, detectives, payroll, etc.

Focuses on interpersonal communication skills necessary to promote open dialogue, build partnerships, and reach "win-win" agreements.
